Late Payments & Fees
A $25 late fee will be applied to any payment received after the due date.
If tuition payments are 60 days overdue, the school reserves the right to suspend the student’s enrollment until payment is received.
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Yeshivas Lev Simcha does not offer financial aid, although we can direct to resources if necessary.
Yeshiva Policies Compliance
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with all Yeshiva policies, including the Code of Conduct, attendance requirements, and financial obligations outlined in this contract.
Legal Release & Agreement
I understand that:
Yeshivas Lev Simcha reserves the right to withhold report cards, transcripts, and other academic records until tuition is paid in full.
The Yeshiva may take legal action to recover unpaid tuition, and I am responsible for any associated legal fees.
I understand that Focus Wellness Group will be billing insurance for all clinical related services.
This contract is legally binding and enforceable.
Step Up: We are only able to credit tuition for students that have been awarded either the UA or PEP step up scholarship. (Amount of credit will depend on which scholarship your son is on)
Payment Plans: All monthly payment plans must have an ACH payment method for the payments.
Technology Fee: We offer an optional $1,500 Technology Fee for students who wish to participate in our professional photo and video course. This comprehensive program provides hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and techniques. The fee covers the use of a professional-grade camera and lens, a Mac computer, and all necessary software licenses for advanced photo and video editing. This is a unique opportunity for students to develop real-world creative skills using high-end equipment and professional software in a structured, educational setting.
Basketball Team: To help defray the cost of our Basketball team and our involvement in the Yeshiva league, there will be a $500 annual basketball for any student that joins the team. This fee will help cover the cost for our coach, referees/gym rentals, uniform, and league participation for the year.
With prior email notice, all additional fees for Shabbatons, trips, and any other miscellaneous expenses will be automatically billed to the parent quickschools account.
AGREEMENT AS A TORAH JEW, I HEREWITH AFFIRM THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN AND THE DOCUMENTS, WHICH I HAVE SUBMITTED HEREWITH, ARE TRUE AND CORRECT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT ACCEPTANCE OF TUITION ASSISTANCE MONEY REQUIRES ME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE YESHIVA'S FUNDRAISING PROJECTS COMMENSURATE WITH THE AMOUNT OF SCHOLARSHIP. I AM AWARE THAT SHOULD THE COMMITTEE FIND ANY INCONSISTENCIES IN MY DECLARATIONS CONCERNING MY FINANCES THAT I WILL FORFEIT ALL RIGHTS TO FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT SHOULD MY FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE APPRECIABLY AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE, I WILL BE EXPECTED TO REIMBURSE TO THE YESHIVA THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE TUITION ASSISTANCE GRANTED AND A CHANGE IN MY FINANCIAL STATUS REQUIRES MY NOTIFYING THE YESHIVA.
